Delivery
Thank you for shopping at Bilberry Gifts. We aim to pack and dispatch all customer orders within 1-2 working days.

Standard shipping is free on orders over £50. A delivery fee of £3.75 is charged for orders under £50.
Express shipping is available for £4.95 and delivery usually takes place 1-2 days after dispatch.

Whilst Royal Mail is our preferred choice of courier, we may sometimes use other services, such as Evri, if your parcel is not within Royal Mail's size and weight limits.
​
All of our couriers aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, however there will be times when this takes longer, such as during the Christmas period. We ask that you please allow 10 days for your parcel to arrive before notifying us that you have not received it.

Local delivery is available for customers who live in and around the Bolsover, Chesterfield area at a reduced rate of £1.50, or free for orders over £50. Local delivery will automatically be suggested at the checkout if your postcode is included in the delivery radius. We deliver to the local area on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am-6pm. Your order will be delivered on the next Tuesday or Friday after the order is placed. E.g. an order placed on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday, and an order placed on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday. If nobody is home when delivery is attempted then we will either contact you to arrange another delivery time/date, or find a safe place to leave your order.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you change your mind then we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
​
Please email us at contact@bilberrygifts.co.uk to notify us that you wish to return an item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same packaging and condition as when you received it. If an item is returned in an unsellable condition then a refund will not be processed. This includes incidences where an item is lost in the post when returning to us.

We recommend keeping your proof of posting in case your item is lost or damaged by your chosen courier. This will allow you to make a claim for compensation.
​
Buyers are responsible for returning items at their own cost.
Refunds
Subject to inspection of the item, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been accepted and will be processed.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item.
​
Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to be back in your account. This may take longer depending on your card issuer's policy.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged then please accept our sincere apologies.

Please notify us of any damage that may have occurred in transit immediately by contacting us at contact@bilberrygifts.co.uk. We do require you to send us a photo attached to your email detailing the damage. We may kindly ask for you to provide further images if necessary.

If we have another item in stock, we will be more than happy to send you this as a replacement free of charge. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.
Large Furniture Items
Delivery
Subject to stock, we aim to despatch all parcels via our delivery partners within 24-48 hours using a next-day delivery service where available.
Deliveries are made between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: Large Furniture Items may not be deliverable to the following locations:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Offshore
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Scilly
If an order is placed for delivery to one of these locations, we reserve the right to request a surcharge or cancel the order.
Returns
Large furniture items are subject to a 14-day return period.
To start a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange the return and send your return information and postage label via email.
Returning large items will incur a return fee of 30% of the total item cost. This will be deducted from your refund once the item has safely been delivered back to us.
All items must be returned in their original packaging (both product and postal packaging). Any damage to the item during return transit will void the return and refund.
Faulty/Damaged Items
Please accept our sincere apologies if an item has arrived to you in a defective state. We kindly ask that you report the fault to us on the day of delivery so we can raise this with the manufacturer. We will require images thoroughly detailing the damage and a full refund/return will be covered by us if we find the item to be faulty after reviewing the images.
